Fees are due on or before the 10th of each month. The academy season is from September until June.  Fees that are late may occur a $15 late charge. Fees are payable in person by cash, cheque or credit card during office hours.

If you can not make office hours, you can send fees in a sealed envelope with child’s name and classes taken clearly written on the envelope. A receipt will be emailed to you in 24hours, if it is not you should contact the academy.

Automatic monthly payments

If you want to pay by credit card we can arrange for your fees to be taken automatically from the credit card on the 10th of every month so you do not need to worry about the late charge.

Alternatively you can give the academy post dated cheques for the months October to June. 

Cancellation Policy 

There will be no refunds within the month paid, if you wish to cancel a class, please inform us in writing via email prior to the 10th of the following month to prevent monies owing.

1st and 2nd Class – Full Price $61.00

3rd Class – 10% discount $54.90

4th and 5th Class – 20% discount on each $48.80

registration fee

Registration Fee is $20 per family per season.

costume fee

A $50 costume deposit per recital class is due on February 1st.  

This is confirmation of commitment to the year end recital in June and will be none refundable, it will be the parents responsibility to pay for the costume in full once committed to the recital.

 i.e Eliza takes ballet, tap and jazz. She owes $150 on February 1st.
